We made new investment in RightTouch.

We are pleased to announce a new investment in RightTouch Inc. (Headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo; Co-CEOs Shuhei Nomura and Daito Nagasaki), a company that develops enterprise SaaS products specializing in the customer support domain. This investment was made jointly with Global Brain as part of RightTouch’s Series A funding round.

In this round, RightTouch raised over JPY 800 million in total, including debt financing from the Shoko Chukin Bank. As a result, the company’s cumulative funding has reached JPY 1.42 billion.

Since its founding in 2021, RightTouch has operated under the mission of “liberating people from negative experiences and unlocking their potential.” The company has launched multiple products and a suite of generative AI features, including its flagship web-based support platform, RightSupport by KARTE. By addressing the fragmentation of customer support data and implementing a compound strategy aimed at holistic problem-solving, RightTouch has rapidly expanded both its product offerings and customer base.
